PsiBot — formally Lingchu Intelligence (灵初智能) — is finalizing a round of close to $100 million at a $1.48 billion valuation, Bloomberg reported Thursday. The financing is led by Chinese automaker Chery Automobile and Lens Technology, a precision-component maker that supplies Apple and Tesla. No financial advisers were named and the round has not formally closed.
The deal brings PsiBot's total raised to approximately $300 million since the company was founded in 2024, a rapid capital accumulation that reflects the competition among Chinese automotive and hardware groups to secure stakes in embodied-AI platforms before IPO windows open.
PsiBot sits in a cohort of Chinese humanoid-adjacent startups — alongside AI² Robotics and X Square Robot — that have crossed unicorn status in 2026. Unlike those two, which target bipedal humanoids, PsiBot's product focus and industrial deployment details remain closely held.
